As Store Manager, you are an integral part of Mackage’s image and store performance.

What you’ll bring:

- Drive sales by overseeing sales floor operations;

- Motivate and Inspire teams to high performance and exceptional customer service;

- Ensure proper maintenance and organization of the store and back store;

- Create the customer experience while focusing on strategic, operational, and leadership excellence;

- Actively recruit, hire and develop retail team associates that represent the Mackage brand;

- Administer performance evaluations, manage turnover and develop action plans for employee sales growth;

- Manage inventory and loss prevention;

- Control operating costs.

What you’ll need:

- Minimum of Five (5) years experience working in fashion retail and at least three (3) years as store manager;

- Exemplary selling and customer service skills;

- Strong leadership and communication skills;

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be responsible for the effective operations of the store from product, visual, brand integrity to people performance.

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Supervisor is responsible for continuously improving and developing specific management skills by taking ownership of the responsibilities assigned (i.e. Customer Service/ Merchandising/Operations) by the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.

What you’ll do:

- Meet and exceed store sales and target;

- Provide a continuous focus on customer service and product training;

- In the absence of the Store Manager and the Assistant Manager, the supervisor is the primary responsible to open and close the store, ensure the cleanliness, and the re-stocking;

- Provide a friendly environment by greeting customers, maintaining solid product knowledge and oversee the customer service provided by the store team;

- Support the Store Manager and the Assistant Store Manager ensuring company standards are followed including integrity and loss prevention;

Full Time Sales Associate provides an exceptional customer service, generates sales and participates in all essential duties to ensure an effective day-to-day operation at the store, including the support of all visual and brand directives

What you’ll do:

- Offer an exceptional client experience at all times;

- Provide timely and informative product knowledge of the brand by explaining the characteristics, the advantages and the benefits of our products;

- Participate in the daily operations of the store for optimal effectiveness (merchandise reception; labelling, merchandizing, POS operations, inventory management, etc.);

- Communicate with customers on a regular basis to share upcoming promotions, arrival of new collections and increase customer loyalty;

- Always demonstrate a strong presence on the floor to ensure loss prevention;

- Ensure a strong product knowledge mindset by keeping the current, technical, functional and fashionable details of our products up-to-date;

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Full Time Stock Associate provides support to the Sales Associates and is responsible for receiving merchandise. They participate in all the essential duties necessary to the effective day-to-day operation of the store.

What you’ll do:

- Provide assistance to the sales associates and the Store Manager;

- Participate in the daily operations of the store for optimal effectiveness (merchandise reception, inventory management, etc.);

- Accept delivered packages and ensure proper amount is inside;

- Assist Sales associates by bringing the stock from the back store

- Support the salespeople handling the inventory and orders.

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Cashier provides support to the Sales Associates and is responsible for warmly welcoming customers and efficiently handle the cash transactions.

What you’ll do:

- Offer an exemplary client experience at all times;

- Pleasantly deal with customers and handle the customer's cash transactions;

- Make sales referrals, cross-sell products and introduce new ones;

- Guide customers provide relevant information and ensure satisfaction;

- Greet customers when arriving or leaving the store;

- Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas.

- 1-2 years’ experience in a store enviroment;

- Working experience in retail cashier or sales;

Reporting to the Store Manager, the seasonal support provides assistance to the team members and is responsible for all areas listed below. They participate in all the essential duties necessary to the effective day-to-day operation of the store.

What you’ll do:

- Offer an exceptional client experience at all times and maintain the brand standards;

- Promote the brand image, in each customer interaction;

- Always demonstrate a strong presence on the floor to greet all customers and to mitigate loss prevention matters.

- Guide customers by providing relevant information to ensure satisfaction.

- Pleasantly deal with customers and handle the customers’ orders by capturing customer information, ringing and processing sales transactions.

- Provide assistance to all team members and the management team.

- Upkeep store standards and maintain merchandising within the sales floor in addition to the organization of back of house.

- Participate in the daily operations of the store for optimal effectiveness (merchandise reception; labelling, merchandizing, POS operations, inventory management, shipping and receiving packages etc.);

- Always ensure a level of professionalism when answering the store calls. 

- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all time.

- Assist with any other related tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
